2011 Open Show Supreme Award - Lucky To Be Hot - Wendy Hefty

What a great show year! My horse "Lucky To Be Hot" also known as Lucky has been my best friend and a wonderful show champion for four years. We love showing in the WQHA Open Show Program, and I am so happy to have accomplished our Supreme Award in Western Performance this year.

I would like to thank my trainer, Michelle, for helping me learn the skills needed to ride and show Lucky to this level. Most important I could not have accomplished any of this without Lucky. He has been, and, is an amazing horse, and I feel so fortunate to have him in my life. We look forward to many more years of showing and taking on new adventures.

My family has been very supportive in assisting at the shows. I would like to thank them for always being there for 'Lucky' and me.

I would also like to give a special 'Thank you' to WQHA for having this great program, its wonderful employees, and the members who make up this awesome club.
